Leadership Sandoval is an educational program established to ensure a continuum of leadership throughout the region and Sandoval County. It is a non-profit leadership development program of the Rio Rancho Regional Chamber of Commerce. It provides a multi-disciplinarian forum for exchanging ideas and strategies that will develop and engage leaders who work together to serve the good of Sandoval County. The program brings together leaders from all sectors and integrates them directly into the arena of community affairs. The program has alumni from all areas of business and government. In addition to the leadership development program, each year the class completes 3-4 projects that benefit the community and non-profits.
