The Leadership TriCounty Center is the educational division of the TriCounty Area Chamber of Commerce and serves as the region’s leading resource to retain, engage, and develop individuals by offering leadership & professional development, training workshops, and opportunities to expand collaborative community engagement and development. LEADERSHIP TRICOUNTY, our flagship program, is a ten-month tuition-based program designed to provide emerging and existing leaders the skill set and knowledge of the the assets and challenges that exist in the tri-county region and provide foundational nonprofit education to serve in a leadership role in our communities.
