Utilizing the most effective and reliable learning model -Experiential Learning- we facilitate Leadership Development, Team Collaboration, & Personal Growth using an outcome driven, peer reviewed, proven, & trademarked curriculum by way of Equine Assisted Learning. Yes—it involves horses! Don’t worry…most of our clients have no horse experience—so that’s not a prerequisite & there’s no riding.
Horses are the change catalysts here due to their instinctive nature, herd dynamics, & they are masters at knowing your intent & mirroring behavior. As prey animals, their survival depends on it. Yet, they do not judge, & give honest, immediate feedback. And while they forgive, they do not forget, but give second, third, and fourth chances to get it right. They willingly follow strong & fair leaders & instantly decide whom to follow. This interaction has a unique but impactful way of naturally requiring participants to self reflect on their own actions and nonverbal behavior, contemplating how they must change in the moment to achieve success with the horse and teams. After all, horses cannot just tell you...but they can show you with their body language if you’ll listen.
