Inspire 1 Million Girls by 2035
We are a community initiative focusing on building girls & women's leadership skill and capability to contribute significantly in the world, specifically in the legal arena.
To achieve our objective, we believe involvement of boys and men is paramount as part of inclusivity.
In its establishment, LeadGal focuses its activities on empowering girls with critical life-skills and knowledge to equipped them in transition to adulthood. We create an inclusive program that involve boys to promote understanding and respect to equality since early age. In parallel, LeadGal also facilitate connection for girls with women role model in the legal arena.
We envision this activity will equip the girl (10-19yo) with life-skill and, at the same time, encourage the girl to opt legal world as their future career.
LeadGal is powered by Anggraeni and Partners (AP), a dispute resolution law firm based in Jakarta, Indonesia, who believe that community outreach is an integral part of its practice.
