We do this by clearly identifying needs and dealing with those needs that are a priority for the client in a clear, concise, professional and friendly way. We recommend solutions within our client’s budget and then develop these over time using our expertise to ensure we match products to needs. We promise; in terms of advice and service that we will deliver advice in a clear concise manner and to treat customers fairly.
Our offices are based in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire and we encourage our clients to call in and meet all the members of our team. Outstanding customer care is a key part of our business and this is evidenced by having clients who are members of the same family whom we have built long standing relationships with.
Our client base has been built up over many years from recommendations only and we do not advertise our business. We are also long term supporters of the Openwork charity foundation ‘Cares for Kids’ and are now also adviser representatives on the grant committee.
