Lean & Green is Europe’s leading carbon reduction program for logistics with 15 national programs in Europe + Canada and over 500 participating companies. With both national and a European wide program we create a strong voice towards the Euopean reductiong goals, the EU regulations – FitFor55 and are in line with international standards (EU – ISO).
The program was founded by Connekt in the Netherlands in 2008. From the start it’s been a program with the industry in the lead and steering groups of members co-creating the program.
The annual monitoring of carbon emissions per transported volume. (CO2.unit) has evolved into a 5-Star reduction program in line with the ‘Paris Climate Goals’ and EU FitFor55.
