Started this company during my transition to help local organizations dramatically improve operational performance, through educating and helping organizations rise above their competition using proven methods I have applied in both performing and under-performing companies with highly profitable success.
My Toyota teachers taught me People come first! People are key to creating a company that can and will do most anything it can put its mind to, brute force not required. Continuous Improvement is forever, not a project nor an initiative, or any other buzz word.
