Leap Ahead Together is a cohort-based program that helps those in their early career years (ages 22-28) take control of their professional lives. We do this through a series of dynamic workshops where we dive into the everyday challenges young professionals face, providing expert insights to help young professionals forge genuine connections at work that are the secret sauce to boosting workplace satisfaction and to driving their career success. Our cohort-based model sets young professionals up with a peer support system outside of work that is deeply committed to their professional and social success for the long run.
