Our focus is to plan, inform, and execute a repeatable and predictable sales process including creating KPIs and metrics that align with revenue goals YoY, establishing a sustainable sales strategy as well as:
-Advise on pricing strategies including total dollar value and structure.
-Curate, collaborate, and document set discovery questions aligned to value or solution selling while establishing an account-based selling protocol.
-Lead generation strategy including sales enablement tools, presentation decks, talk tracks, buyer persona hone, and funnel recommendations.
-Curate, collaborate and document the sales cycle rooted in the ideals of deploy, iterate, repeat.
-Determine the best path forward to escalating sales efforts which could include but is not limited to recruiting, sourcing, screening, vetting, and hiring a part-time contractor, procuring a paid lead-only basis with a professional company, and/or hiring a full-time prospector (BDR/ISR) and/or Account Executive.
Participate in the onboarding, management, and success of your sales and revenue teams.
-Advise on new logo prospects and establish a deal confidence % to predictably track revenue.
-Participate in “deal reviews” and go/no go rationale, if applicable.
-Advise on long-term CX efforts to ensure minimal churn and renewals of current customers.
-Event support including strategy and execution, if applicable.
