We are here to help them find their purpose in life and strive for it. Whether that is in getting better sleep or publishing research, we are there every step of the way to lessen the burden of being a teen and help out in the ways we can. By implementing the fundamentals of neuroscience and psychology with AI for efficiency, we are tailoring habit formation and behavior design techniques to teens to help them gain the critical emotional intelligence and soft skills that aren't taught in schools.
