At Ledgehill Treatment and Recovery Centre for Women (formerly Oakhill), we are passionate about women’s recovery from all types and forms of addiction. We strive to create a safe space for women to explore their own transformations, and hence create a more meaningful life. Through our focus on the inter-relationship between mind, body and spirit, clients learn to follow an integrated path to addiction recovery. Using powerful tools such as mindfulness techniques, stress and anxiety reduction, and the learning of self-compassion and self-care, we provide the vital experience which allows our clients to heal and make lasting positive changes in their lives.
