Lee Property was established in 1979 in the regional City of Traralgon under the previous banner of CJA Lee & Associates.
Following on from the strategic foresight of the founder, Chris Lee and the need for local property valuation expertise, our business has grown to now service the Gippsland, Mornington Peninsula and Yarra Valley regions.
Our corporate values are the cornerstone of our business and embedded in our mission, which is about providing client centric, independent, professional, fully researched valuation and specialist property advice.
Current Status
Today Lee Property operates from offices in Traralgon, Warragul, Wonthaggi, Bairnsdale and Mornington. Lee Property remains a private company owned by Corey McMahon (Managing Director) and Tim Shaw (Director) who both are accredited Certified Practising Valuers.
We provide a full range of property valuation, advisory, project and research services throughout the wider Gippsland, Mornington Peninsula and Yarra Valley regions, supported by our client service centre in Traralgon.
We continue to support the Gippsland economy with our offices and Valuers in the region, employing over twenty people, and continuing to grow our local regional expertise. We have highly skilled client support team members and we pride ourselves in providing for the future success of the company, with cadetships to train, mentor and encourage the next generation of property Valuers, Advisors and Client Support personnel.
