We are a boutique company providing exceptional real estate related services. We pride ourselves on selectively working on projects that leave a legacy mark on Kenya's built environment through commercial and residential real estate agency, urban planning and development. We served an international school with its site expansion, a social enterprises consolidate its offices, develop and implement a county's public open space initiative, partnered with a publicly listed developer to draft an affordable housing scheme, facilitating an international retailer set up storefront in CBD and assisting an international organization with their staff relocation. Robyn T. Emerson has over six years in the real estate sector in Kenya as the former CEO of Kenya Property Developers Association (KPDA) and Regional Director of RE/MAX Kenya. She is a professional urban planner. She is the founding Chair of Women in Real Estate (WIRE). Robyn is a co-founder of the Kilimani Project Foundation, Member of the Board of Management for the Kilimani Primary School, mentor at Kibera School for Girls and Matron at the Providence Children's Home. Hildah Ng'ang'a heads Legacy's agency works providing oversight to sales and agent management. Hildah previously served as The Hub Mall's Lease Manager and prior to that managed Barclay's Plaza. Through Legacy Realty they combine their professional expertise with their passion for community whereby the company's philanthropic business model donates 15% commissions to non-governmental organization of the client's choice and 10% to a real estate innovation fund. In one year they have donated over KES 1.2 million.
