Our main office is located on Staten Island, NY and we have warehouses in both New York and New Jersey. All of our copy technicians are factory trained ensuring a quality repair every time. Our Systems Engineers are Microsoft MCP, MCSA & MCSE as well as A+ Certified and Cisco Systems trained. Our phone technicians are also factory trained and certified. Our office hours are Monday-Friday, 9:00-5:00 EST. Our phones are staffed by live customer service specialists to help you in any way they can.
