Welcome to my little corner of LinkedIn! I am a teamwork and team-building consultant, using collaborative storytelling through tabletop role-playing games to help your team get closer, and work stronger.
Tabletop role-playing games don't have winners and losers, they instead work on the concept of working together to tell an amazing story. It is through working together and telling this interactive story that the team learns to lean on each other's strengths, negotiate difficult problems and tasks, and collectively problem-solve.
Tabletop role-playing games are also fully customizable, allowing your team to face challenges that they specifically need work on, at a team and individual level. I will work with you to put together an adventure for your team that helps them grow as a team and as individuals.
Experiences last between 3 to 4 hours and can be done at your place of business (as long as you have a meeting table!)
Beginning with an adventure that can be completed in one session, multi-session adventures can be negotiated.
