The Leiden Leadership Programme (15 EC) is a one-year extra-curricular honours programme in which master's students from Leiden University, TU Delft and Erasmus University Rotterdam participate in lectures and trainings. Students apply the acquired knowledge and skills in a practical assignment at an organisation. Students thus learn to make an impact in practice.
The programme, for which international students can also apply, starts in November and ends in June.
LLP Core Objectives:

✅ LLP Essentials (5 EC) – Core leadership foundations.
✅ Leadership Lab (4 EC) – Hands-on experience in real leadership challenges.
✅ Two Electives (each 3 EC) – Tailor the programme to your interests
