Through Leisure and Karma, I aim to awaken the dormant potential of individuals around the globe by building a community that impacts the mindsets and progression of today's generations, for their wellbeing and that of future generations.
Leisure and Karma is the main company that manages my 3 businesses:
- Leisure and Karma Coaching: I guide individuals heal from abuse inflicted upon them in childhood and during their early adulthood, as they overcome limiting believes and progress and thrive in life.
- Leisure and Karma Pilates: I help my client relieve discomfort and pain due to back pain and pre and post-delivery for expecting mums.
- Leisure and Karma Crafts: I teach individuals how to make various handmade item, DIYs, and hacks. I also create my unique handmade products.
I am also a social activist striving to spread awareness about child sexual abuse, and its long-lasting effects, to help prevent violence against children, and to eventually eradicate it for a better future for all. No child should ever experience the feeling of terror and fear. Let’s stay united in raising our children's right to stay safe from any harm.
