Base on more than a decade of researches and industrial experience, Lemnaceae Fermentation was established in 2011. By now, a Simple, Green and Sustainable system has been built for producing natural metabolites such carotenoids. With the system we are able to bio-transform, by means of fermentation, the simplest material to molecules with high commercial values.
Duckweed was found in a fallow land when searching for a Simple, Green and Sustainable resource for fermentation. Quite small the size of duckweed, but vital and able to synthesis protein efficiently. With an expectation of creating an environmental friendly system based on duckweed, our company was named Lemnaceae Fermentation followed the scientific name of duckweed.
