Lernende Region - Netzwerk Köln e.V. (LRNK) was initiated in 2002 by the City of Cologne and the Cologne Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK Köln) as a non-profit association within the framework of the nationwide funding program “Lernende Regionen”.
The association, with its office in Cologne-Mülheim, promotes collaboration among educational and advisory providers across all areas of lifelong learning.
As a project agency for state and federal education tenders, LRNK launches innovative collaborative projects, secures funding, and creates tailored educational and advisory opportunities for various target groups.
