The LSWC is a non profit, charitable Watershed Planning and Advisory Council working across the Lesser Slave Watershed. Governed by a Board of Directors, the LSWC works towards the sustainable management of Lesser Slave Lake.
Our key work includes:
- Monitoring and reporting on the health of the Lesser Slave Watershed.
- bringing people together to collaborate on development and implementation of a watershed management plan.
- Delivery of educational events and programs that increase watershed and environmental literacy across the basin.
- supporting on the ground projects that improve or conserve watershed resiliency.
