We believe that every young person deserves the opportunity to grow tall—confident, capable, and ready to make their mark on the world.
Our Mission
Our mission is to equip youth with the courage, resilience, and determination—what we call "moxie"—to overcome obstacles and succeed in life. By pairing youth with dedicated mentors, we offer guidance, inspiration, and a connection to resources that might otherwise be out of reach. As we like to say, "moxie for all."
What We Do
Mentorship Programs: Our mentors serve as role models, advisors, and advocates, helping youth build confidence, develop new skills, and navigate challenges in their personal, academic, and professional lives.
Skill-Building Workshops: We offer workshops on financial literacy, career planning, communication, and leadership, tailored to prepare youth for future opportunities.
Resource Access and Advocacy: We connect youth with essential resources like academic tutoring, college preparation, and job placement services, while advocating on their behalf within systems and institutions.
Community Building: We create a supportive network where youth can share experiences, build relationships, and empower one another.
