LH Consulting Overview

I help health tech founders and CEOs turn big ideas into real businesses. I know what it takes because I’ve done it myself. For six years, I ran my own start-up, created Fertility-Fit (launched on Amazon) to support women’s health, and helped build the fertility and menopause programs at GlobMed. Along the way, I’ve recruited healthcare professionals, medical specialists, and full support teams in South Africa for international operations - while building strong relationships with UHNWIs and partners. I created a digital telemedicine network, connecting South African doctors with UK clients so patients could consult online and complete diagnostics through partner labs in London. This meant working closely with UK cardiologists and other medical professionals to ensure a seamless process from virtual consultation to in-person testing. I also worked with legal teams and South African medical professional insurers to finalize the contracts. Before that, I worked with a global skincare brand where I built a network of thousands of medical specialists, visited doctors, built strong relationships, and attended medical congresses. I’ve managed medical research projects, including global studies on HIFU treatments, and partnered with a non-profit to bring international speakers to South Africa for the Baby Preemie and Me Symposium. On the corporate side, I’ve written policies for Eskom and Warwick Wine Farms, giving me experience in compliance and governance as well as start-up speed.
