Lianhe Green Development Co., Ltd. ("Lianhe Green") was founded in 2023 and is a jointly-funded subsidiary of Lianhe Credit Information Service Co., Ltd. ("Lianhe Credit") and Lianhe Equator Environmental Impact Assessment Co., Ltd. ("Lianhe Equator"). Lianhe Green is a Chinese enterprise registered and headquartered in Hong Kong, responsible for international green and sustainable finance certification business of the entire Lianhe company group.
Lianhe Green is the one of the recognized external reviewers under the Green and Sustainable Finance Grant Scheme ("GSF Scheme") announced by Hong Kong Monetary Authority ("HKMA"). Lianhe Green aims to become an international external reviewer for green and sustainable finance certification by working closely with Lianhe Equator’s professional team with profound industry experience. Adhering to the belief of "Shaping the Origins of the World and Passing on Human Civilization," Lianhe Green is committed to helping Chinese and foreign corporates demonstrate their determination to promote sustainable development to the public, and to provide ESG investors with independent, objective, and insightful third-party certification services. Lianhe Equator was founded in 2015, and is a subsidiary of Lianhe Credit. Lianhe Equator is a third-party assessment service provider in "green finance + environmental consulting + environmental testing" and is currently the largest green ceritification service provider in China onshore by capturing about 48% market share. Lianhe Equator has equipped itself with many different well-known ESG qualifications in the globe, including:
