Libcom for Oil Services is a private Libyan company Established in 2021 with the objective of providing services for the Oil and Gas Industry as well as other commercial sectors in Libya.
Libcom is specialized in providing Health, Safety training and consultancy services in a wide range of health and safety topics and aspects which are paramount to the personal safety and the safe operation of assets in the oil and gas industry.
Libcom is an accredited training provider and with its partners can provide accredited H&S training delivered by accredited trainers with international experience in the field.
The training and consultancy services we provide, and deliver are designed to conform with US based OSHA and UK based HSAWA regulations and standards.
Libcom can also design customized training based on the clients’ policies, guidelines, and procedures. The following are the services we provide:

Life Safety Systems inspections.
