Liberty Designs Overview

Liberty Designs is the brainchild of Chris Burke, founder of Cornerstone Development Ltd., a Cayman Islands-based real estate development company, and Nicky Murray, founder of Nicky Murray Design, a London-based interior design firm. While Cornerstone’s high-end residential properties called for imaginative, beautifully executed interiors, it was difficult to find an interior design firm on island to do this work at competitive prices. After NM Designs collaborated successfully with Cornerstone on three projects in the Cayman Islands, Nicky realized that a locally based interior design firm with high standards and competitive prices would fill a large gap in the market not just for real estate developers, but also private residential clients and owners of investment properties. Living up to its founders’ mission, Liberty Designs creates bespoke interiors for discriminating residential and commercial clients across the Cayman Islands and in London at dramatically lower cost than other local interior design firms in both locations. With great attention to every client’s individual style and desires, the firm’s well experienced team brings the artistry of master craftsmen and artisans together with state-of-the-art residential technology, providing a seamless approach to the realization of exquisite interiors.
