Ikigai is an initiative dedicated to helping young people discover and develop their personal purpose, their “ikigai,” by connecting them with national and international opportunities that foster their academic growth and leadership skills. Through education and guidance, we aim to equip each young person with the necessary tools to become a transformative leader, capable of impacting both their own life and that of their community.
We envision a future where every young person in Argentina, regardless of their socioeconomic or geographical background, has access to the educational and leadership opportunities needed to reach their full potential. Additionally, we aspire to contribute to the emergence of a generation of resilient and empathetic leaders, prepared to face tomorrow's challenges and promote sustainable and equitable development in their communities.

Through the creation of the “Manual for Future Leaders”, Ikigai seeks to disseminate information about national and international opportunities, such as scholarships, competitions, and internships. But it doesn’t stop there—it also provides examples of these opportunities and offers advice on how to prepare to achieve them.
