Líf og sál (Life and soul) is a well established psychological service and a consulting firm in the field of industrial-organizational psychology, and has been since the year 2000. We have seven certified psychologists in our team with long experience in the field of psychological therapy and consultation in the occupational field.
We advice employers and managers on psychosocial matters in the working environment, f.x. employees wellbeing, work-related stress, communications etc. Furthermore we offer lectures and seminars for management and staff on psychosocial wellbeing in the working environment. We also evaluate complaints of negative communications in the workplace, f.x. bullying/mobbing and sexual harassment.
Administration of Occupational Safety and Health in Iceland (Vinnueftirlitið) has acknowledged Líf og sál as an advisor in psycho-social risk factors in the workplace.
