Outside was born in 2013 with a range of trekking activities and climbing, mountaineering and alpinism courses. Shortly after, it began to be approached by several corporate clients to organize outdoor events for companies.
The Assessment & Training was born when we understood the potential that the outdoor context and the mountain environment have for companies.
The Outside team is multidisciplinary and have different backgrounds that allows an integrated perspective on the evaluation of profiles and in the training skills solutions that we offer.
