Lifeline Community Relief, formerly known as Sadaqa Welfare Trust (SWT), is a charitable, non-profit, and non religious social service organization Dedicated to serving marginalized and underprivileged communities in Sri Lanka, irrespective of religion or ethnicity. With its Head Office in Colombo and a branch in Mannar, Lifeline Community Relief is registered under license No: GL 0025946 as a company limited by guarantee under the Company Act No. 7 of 2007 and has been operational since 2022.
Our name change reflects a broader mission and improved operational alignment with local regulations. We remain steadfast in our commitment to fighting poverty and promoting equitable access to opportunities across Sri Lanka. Our efforts span health, education, agriculture, community development, and other sectors.
Lifeline Community Relief offers scholarships, implements drinking water and sanitation projects, conducts health and awareness programs, supports seasonal initiatives, and collaborates with local and international partners to uplift disadvantaged communities.
