-Cold BHT would not allow RRP to stroke
-Lift Plus System able to pump the cold emulsion without thermal intervention. Currently pumping at target production and BHT at expected elevated levels. The systems infinite turn down capability was paramount for this application.
-Lift Plus System has saved customer $100k in capital cost, and an expectant annual op. cost savings of $210,000 (including steam intervention cost avoidance, significantly lower power, PM and service rig costs)
Replace Gas Lift
-as compared to previous Gas Lift performance the Lift Plus System has doubled emulsion production and has used 55%+ less gas.
Both applications have demonstrated how easy the system is to operate.
