Light The Hope Scholarship Fund was founded in 2007 through the collective efforts and generosity of the staff at PetroVietnam Finance Joint Stock Corporation (now Vietnam Public Commercial Joint Stock Bank), Vietnam Oil and Gas Corporation (PV Oil), Vietnam Petroleum Technical Services Joint Stock Corporation (PTSC), and numerous other domestic and foreign organizations, businesses, and individuals. The goal of the fund is to provide support and opportunities to underprivileged children, empowering them to pursue their dreams and overcome life's challenges. In January 2011, the fund was officially established and granted a license by the Ministry of Home Affairs, with the Ministry of Education and Training overseeing its operations and activities.
