Lingang Special Area Going Global Platform

In order to actively implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's instructions on Lingang New Area becoming "an important springboard for enterprises to go global and grow stronger", and to build comprehensive and systematic service support capabilities, the Lingang New Area Management Committee established an online and offline "going global" comprehensive service platform in June 2024 to create a solid backing for enterprises to go global with high quality. The platform's physical center is located in Dishui Lake Financial Bay, with an area of over 2,000 square meters. It is the first public service hall in the country dedicated to "going global", with ten consultation windows including cross-border finance, foreign-related insurance, law, finance and taxation, and overseas investment filing. At present, the platform has gathered 327 professional service agencies, connected with 43 international organizations, and served more than 280 local multinational companies; it has carried out 17 "going global from Lingang" series of activities, attracting more than 3,000 companies to participate. At the same time, an online service matrix consisting of public accounts, mini programs, official websites, etc. is built to provide practical tools such as filing consultation, country risk, and cross-border positive list query of data; and it is linked to functional service platforms in subdivided fields such as Cross-border Communication, Legal Communication, Financial Services Communication, and Shipping Communication to further improve the efficiency of integrated services in all scenarios. The active use of mini programs and the reading volume of public accounts are relatively leading among similar service platforms.
