Link Rehab provides highly specialist Rehabilitation Facilitators. These are experienced rehabilitation assistants who not only deliver face-to-face support but also offer remote input (such as administrative support, therapy coordination, and research tasks) for clients and their MDTs. The aim is to support clients in achieving their rehab goals, but also to reduce the burden (and costs) of Case Managers and therapists completing routine admin tasks.
Our Rehabilitation Facilitators have a degree in a healthcare related field and experience in rehabilitation. We are proactive, dynamic and professionally curious.
