The LiquidiSea platform gives existing Borrowers and Investors, as well as thousands of new ones, the opportunity to capitalize on this experience and performance history to maximize and diversify investment portfolios. LiquidiSea is an online marketplace for real estate, connecting Borrowers and Sponsors to capital from our Accredited and Institutional Investors. The platform gives investors the tools to browse investments, do their due diligence and complete their investments online in real time. Our Accredited Borrowers and Sponsors are given access to investment capital and the ability to market themselves via the platform and other social networks. LiquidiSea offers fix-and-flip loans, commercial bridge and permanent loans, and mezzanine level debt.
