Little Wing is an established, national First Aid training organisation - with a big difference.
As our partner you will not only receive cost effective, certified, quality First Aid training, you will be directly funding our Community Training Programme – delivering First Aid to parents, carers, school children and others, completely free of charge.
As a business to business provider of services we are setup to meet the needs of any size organisation who require First Aid training to meet their Health and Safety obligations.
In order to meet the needs of our clients we are completely focused on:
Cost – while First Aid training is not usually a ‘high spend’ item in any business P&L, we still recognise the need to remain very competitive in all of our pricing. By utilising our client’s premises and keeping our overheads low we believe that our costs will always be very competitive, especially when viewed in combination with our experienced instructors and free community programmes
Quality – you can take this as a given. A key part of our ongoing quality management is making ourselves subject to continuous external, third party auditing. Not only do we maintain all appropriate licenses and insurances but all of our instructors are skill checked annually. All of our courses are updated, as required, to meet the latest guidelines from either HSE, Ofsted, EYFS or the UK Resuscitation Council.
Philosophy – it’s not just what you teach, it’s how you teach. This is not a ‘throw away’ statement, it is something we passionately believe in. We try to ensure that all of our instructors are (or have been) part of the front line emergency services (Ambulance, Fire, Police or NHS). We are convinced that real life experience brings something very special to the learning environment, greatly enhancing learner outcomes. All that aside, given the history of how Little Wing was formed, there is deep passion behind everything we do. This is more than a simple day job.
