In 2013, Sara faced PTSD and her own personal crisis as a sudden single-mom of three sons, having lost her family, her home, and career-less.

Using the same change management and problem-solving framework she now teaches others, Sara has become the leader she was intended, both personally and professionally. She has climbed and way-pointed through the top peaks of the Sierra Nevada Mountains, paddled far out to sea with whales, has been chased by a great white shark while staying calm, and at 51, she is working on her next big adventure.
