The Name: Livestage TV – The Music & Entertainment Channel The Tagline: Livestage TV is the music & entertainment channel. See great live music and follow our host David Arkhult as he takes you closer to the greatest profiles within the music & entertainment industry, a little more off the record. The Background: Livestage TV were launched in 2010, being the official TV-channel of Swedens biggest website for live music, Livestage.se. The focus in the beginning was mainly on live music. Inspired by the relaxed tone within the emerging media phenomenon of podcasts, the ambition was to cover the music scene with a more ”off the record” attitude. In the fall of 2012, Livestage TV moved to its new home online at livestagetv.com. The direction also changed from just live music to cover both the music & entertainment industry with the same ”off the record” attitude. Today: Livestage TV is now based in the beautiful capital of Sweden, Stockholm. We feel blessed to be based in a country who produces and cherishes quality music & entertainment. All though we´re based in Stockholm, we travel all around the world to cover the greatest profiles and events around the world within the music & entertainment industry.
