Founded in 2012, Living Horizon is a specialist support organisation based in Buckinghamshire. With our experienced and knowledgeable team who are available 24/7, we provide high quality supported living in a community setting for vulnerable adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs, challenging behaviour, acquired brain injuries and other complex needs.
Our goal is to define excellence in care, by harnessing efficiencies for service users, local authorities and our team, to maximise support and long-term success for all.
