Every season, the Lithuanian Basketball League assembles the LKL Academy project team, whose participants are given a unique chance to get acquainted with the daily operations of the league, as well as the areas of basketball management, marketing and project management, communication and event organization.
LKL academy interns gain valuable experience working with real projects of the league and its affiliated clubs. Interns' personal and professional skills are developed by participating in training and skill development sessions, interacting with leaders in various sports fields, and organizing and participating in league events and social initiatives.
