We started life in 1994 as Stratford Labour Hire as part of a government regeneration initiative – Stratford’s City Challenge programme. As we expanded our services to other areas in the country, we changed our name to Local Staff Hire. At the end of City Challenge, we also helped to establish LETS – Local Employment & Training Solutions – a charitable training company.
Today we are an independent agency with customers from Private Sector companies, Local Councils, Housing Associations, Regeneration Agencies, and other public and private sector organisations. We place numerous applicants into temporary and permanent jobs across the UK each year. Our sector specific knowledge of Transport and Logistics Industry makes us an employment agency business with a difference.
Our commitment remains unchanged we are small enough to care but BIG enough to cope with any client demands. We aim to provide a prompt, professional, and efficient service tailor-made to the business needs of our customers.
