The self-service assessment automatically scores candidates against industry-specific off-the-shelf scoring benchmarks generated from Logi-Serve’s large and growing trove of data gathered from a broad population of applicants. Our assessment scores generated against these benchmarks have been validated in multiple Fortune 50 organizations over the past decade. Within the OnDemand system, end user customers enjoy access to an online configurator to build their own inventory of assessments at no charge. The OnDemand deployment model is Self-Service/Pay-as-you-go requiring no implementation to get started. Once customers check out, they automatically, without any need for support services, receive access to a back-end administrative system that allows the customer to create their own login credentials to administer invitations to candidates to take an assessment, view scores and reports, use a behavioral interview tool to interview candidates and run different types of candidate comparison reports.
