The Loma Mar Outpost is a community hub in the center of San Mateo County's beautiful South Coast region.
Located at the historic Loma Mar Store, we’re here to serve —great food, good times, and the needs of our dynamic community. In addition to the memorable music and dining experiences patrons have come to expect we're adding programs, projects and workshops to expand our outreach and better support those who live in and love our beautiful “gem in the redwoods” and the surrounding “slow coast.”
The Outpost aims to be a cornerstone for community empowerment, where everyone feels welcome and engaged in the collective effort to enhance the wellbeing of our rural region.
Community-driven and guided by a dedicated board and staff, the Outpost will be sustained by mission-supporting sales, grants, and donations. This will ensure that we continue to provide a welcoming gathering space for all while promoting emergency preparedness, enhancing educational and economic opportunities, and supporting community members, local organizations, and area parks.
