Formerly known as Miss Reception, we trained with understanding what was required within the front of house reception role.
To become proficient in this field, we will deliver excellence in presentation, speech and expression, managing various behaviour's, negotiation, organisation and prioritising a busy workload.
Furthermore, we will train on the correct use of grammar, elocution and lots of practical tasks to further develop in understanding the role.
We aim to provide everything required to ensure a professional outcome through interactive exercises and multiple choice tests.
We are proud to also offer bespoke training for corporate receptionists and customer service advisors. If a company requires an individual to have more finesse and the confidence to use business language more positively, or a reception team to work in sync, we would be delighted to work alongside you to achieve your corporate goals.
We focus a lot around the mind-set of these 2 positions as although many have customer interactions, quite often the polish, business acumen and presentation of language is missing.
We craft these skills with individuals through fun and interactive classes. There is a lot to get through so individuals are engaged throughout. As well as role plays, we also provide aftercare to ensure what they have learnt in class, is also being practiced at work.
