There’s no easy solution, but the most effective is through prevention. We started Lonjevity Functional Foods with this in mind. Our main product, FiberFlour is a low carb, high fiber functional flour designed to replace traditional flour. By flipping the script on the carb to fiber ratio, our flour dramatically decreases its glycemic response as well as providing the host of benefits associated with a high fiber diet. Our goal is to turn your empty carbs into nutritious, functional alternatives.
