HEJIE precise mould company has built up a rich experience, proficient professional technicians and her hard-working staff. With sophisticated manufacturing technology, we focus on precision plastic moulds. We equipped with precision grinding machine, mirror EDM, high speed CNC (3000 RPM), Sodick slow-feeding EDW, pore release motor and other high-precision processing equipment, and provides with projector, CMM instrument to meet the accuracy requirement of the mould. At present our grinding machining accuracy is + / - 0.002 mm, EDM accuracy + / - 0.005 mm, milling machining accuracy + / - 0.02 mm.
