My focus on culture and relationships comes from the belief that other people are the biggest contributors to our joy, frustration, sense of self, how we make sense of the world and to our future achievements and failures. I also believe that everyone, in turn, influences and impacts those around. The thing that motivates me is the idea that each person is able to put more good out into the world, just by being their full and authentic selves.
I offer consultancy services to students' union, charities and small to medium-sized businesses to create healthy, creative, and resilient cultures that nurture their most valuable assets - their people - and celebrates diversity and curiosity.
I use the combination of lived personal and professional experiences, academic curiosity and values-led drive to help younger businesses and not-for-profits untangle existing complications in the workplace, manage conflict between personal and professional spaces, and translate the different languages that are used in relationships at work, at home and with stakeholders. I specialise in Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion for all forms of identities, through promoting and teaching allyship in organisations.
I also offer one-to-one coaching services for leaders and aspiring leaders who want to challenge the hypermasculine, competitive forms of management style, by embracing their authentic, full selves and their internal resources to bring a leadership style that suits them and their organisation best.
Finally, I help ambitious, creative individuals who are feeling a bit stuck and looking for their next chapter, which might allude them right now. This can feel like anything from a bit of discomfort or boredom, right through to a full-blown Existential crisis.
Much of the work I do is not just technical, it's personal.
