After working in the fine chocolate industry for four years for leading events companies, award-winning chocolatiers and luxury department stores including William Curley and Harrods, Elle Crocker started teaching her own chocolate classes in May 2013.
Dedicated to improving peoples’ attitude towards and knowledge of fine chocolate; she runs these classes and events, tasting evenings, demonstrations and product development consultancy under her chocolate brand and personal nickname 'Elle Coco'.
