LoveLand Engineering is owned and operated by Tracy J. Letzring, PE, PEng and is located in Loveland, Colorado applying over 30 years of professional experience delivering quality engineering value. He is a Registered Structural Engineer, a Registered Environmental Engineer, and is also a Registered Civil Engineer in all 50 States and in most of Canada. He is a Leader in Environmental and Energy Design, Accredited Professional (LEED AP).
Tracy's experience leading design teams for Land Development projects focused on Commercial, Industrial, Institutional, and included Residential. Commercial projects included many Shopping Centers, Malls, Restaurants, Hotels, Theaters, Office Buildings, Big Box Stores, as well as a variety of innovative retail outlet concepts and national programs. Industrial projects have included Distribution Centers, Agricultural Plants, and Manufacturing facilities. Institutional projects have included many Hospitals, Churches, and Schools. Residential projects have included Single-family subdivisions and Multi-family homes.
Tracy has provided Environmental Compliance across the US providing engineering leadership for Erosion Control Design, Water Quality Management, Spill Containment, Mitigation, Reporting and Permitting. As the Director, Environmental and Engineering - North America of a large agricultural retailer he has developed and led teams for Environmental Compliance and Reporting and Process Safety Management (PSM) Engineering for EHS&S.
Tracy’s extensive experience has led to providing Peer Review, Professional Mentorship, Engineering Management and Team Leadership. Courts have formally accepted Tracy as an Expert in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, and Land Development.
