Since 1983, The UK has demonstrably dropped its fat and sugar consumption, upped its exercise and yet the UK has more obesity, type 2 diabetes, chronic heart disease and high blood pressure than ever.
Simply put, we are less metabolically healthy.
Due to this, the NHS spends around £14bn/year and rising on the care of Type 2 diabetes and associated complications alone.
This appauls us, and so we’ve done huge amounts of research about why this is all happening; reading, talking and questioning the current way of doing things.
