Our founders love of barbecue and his ability to create juicy dishes from his humble jerk pan is the reason his family get togethers are legendary. Wanting to share it with others he decided to create Lobster, Pork & Brisket. One of the most exciting food trucks in London.
LPB’s speciality is a delicious fusion of American cuisine created with the ingenuity and passion inspired by the fantastic flavours of the Caribbean.
Launched in 2019, at Notting Hill Carnival, which had 2 million people in attendance, we served the dancing masses, winning the Food hygiene and Health and safety award.
We cater for all types of private events and serve our dishes not only at the country’s best festivals, but have also catered weddings, christenings and birthdays. We also cater for corporate events as well as delivering brunch, lunch and dinners to businesses.
